  1. I thought this recipe was great and made a big hit at the office pot luck. The only thing I would have done differently was use brioche bread, it tends to work the best for bread puddings. The grand marnier really made the falvor of it so don't go too skimpy on that

  2. I finnnnnnnnnally got to make this, and I must tell you that this is one of the best desserts that I have ever had! It is absolutely marvelous!!!! Its so rich and delicious! Thank you so much for this recipe. It is definitely one for the perm. file :-) I didnt use quite so much sugar in my whipped topping, because I thought it would be too sweet for the rich dessert, but other than that I did everything as suggested in the recipe. :-) Thanks again!!

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
