  1. In large stockpot add chicken broth, side pork, ginger and onion powders bring to a boil; reduce the heat to a medium low simmer for 60 minutes. Remove the side pork adds mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Before serving add in the crabmeat and green onion. Save the cooked side pork for another dish.
