Chinese Style Beef With Noodles

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 inch gingerroot, slivered
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
directions
- Cook noodles in a weak chicken broth.
- Drain and spread on a rack for 3 hours.
- Combine water, salt, 2 tsp soy sauce and chicken powder.
- Heat 2 tbspoil in wok over high heat.
- Stir fry noodles for 3 minutes.
- Pour water mixture over noodles.
- Stir fry 2 more minutes.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil over high heat.
- Add beef, onions, ginger, garlic and remaining soy sauce.
- Stir fry about 5 minutes.
- Serve over noodles.
