Chimichanga Calzone

"I had some left over pizza dough & chicken and cheese goes with everything so I made some sort of chimichanga variation. The amount of time is based on making the filling onward excluding the time of making pizza crust. I prefer Taco bells Bold & Creamy Chipolte sauce to be drizzled on top."

  • Preheat the oven at 450.
  • Place chicken, cheeses, chillies, garlic & olives into a food processor until it becomes a paste.
  • Use spray or oil on a pan & then roll out the pizza crust.
  • Place filling on the thinned out pizza dough crust & then wrap like a burrito pinching the edges so that the cheese stays inside.
  • Brush the top with melted butter if desired.
  • Place in the oven until browned (15 minute depending on your pizza dough).
  • Slice and place on plates followed by a drizzle of my fav. Chipotle hot sauce, "Taco bell Bold & Creamy Chipotle Sauce".
