  1. Heat jam over low heat in a medium sauce pan until melted. Transfer jam to a medium bowl.
  2. Add cream, wine, lemon juice, vanilla and water. Mix well.
  3. Chill soup.
  4. Just before serving, garnish with sour cream and fresh mint.
