This is a quick and easy chili recipe that I cook often, add a little cheese or sour cream on top for a great bowl of chili.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans (drained)
- Brown meat.
- drain fat.
- stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes, soup, and beans.
- bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat cover and simmer for 15minutes.
