"Kansas city style dry rub, I have used for 4 years now. Is great on all types of meat and even vegetables."

• 4 tablespoons sweet paprika
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons light brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
