- 538.64 g can chickpeas, drained
- 118.29 ml black olives, pitted & chopped
- 59.14 ml scallion, chopped
- 29.58 ml fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 2.46 ml paprika
- 0.61 ml cayenne powder
- salt, to taste
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl until well blended.
- Serve at room temperature.
