  4. What is it with feta, lemon and oregano that is soooo to-die-for??? This recipe was wonderful- so sophisitcated yet REALLY simple to throw together. I accidentally used 2 tbsp. of oil rather than tsp. but it was no problem... I used the suggestion of serving over baby greens along with some warm pita bread. So, so, so good. Such a keeper! Thanks so much for sharing, Faith77!!!!
