- 2.46 ml salt
- 453.59 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 2.46 ml thyme
- 29.58 ml guava butter
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 118.29 ml white wine
- 4.92 ml sherry wine
- 4.92 ml chili paste
directions
- Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Grill chicken as preferred (grill, indoor foreman grill, grill pan, etc.) until meat is no longer pink.
- While chicken is grilling, melt butter in small saucepan on medium until transparent.
- Add shallots and stir until they lose their firmness.
- Add wine, sherry, and chili paste.Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sauce forms a glaze. Watch it more closely near the end.
- Plate chicken and spoon sauce evenly over all. Serve with veggies and rice or bread, if desired.

I like to try new things! I love baking especially and I like hunting for "authentic" recipes. When I have time, I prefer to make things from scratch because of the satisfaction I get from doing things myself. I love it when I make a new recipe and I can feel that it just "worked." I'll spend hours looking at recipes, and reading about methods. I like understanding what's going on behind the recipe. I happen to be of the opinion that canned cream of mushroom soup isn't an ingredient, but apparently that's just me.
