Tried this recipe recently, came out great.
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 20 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups rice (cooked)
- 1⁄3 cup slivered almonds (toasted)
- Saute bell pepper in oil. Add garlic.
- Mix in next 4 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice and top with almonds.
