ingredients

• 453.59 g bag frozen chopped spinach
• 340.19 g can evaporated milk
• 4 eggs
• 453.59 g chicken breast (about 5 pieces)
• 453.59 g shredded cheese

directions

1. spray pan. Place chicken, top with spinach. Cover with cheese. Mix eggs and milk, add s+p to taste. Pour over and bake 45 minutes until chicken reaches 170.
