This is a nice rub for chicken breast. Apply it liberally all over your chicken just before putting it on the grill. It creates a nice crust that locks in the moisture of your chicken. Also tastes great on a flat iron steak, if that cut is available in your area.

  1. Mix it all together and store it in a zip lock bag or some other container. You'll have plenty left over to use later.
