A variation on an old classic :)
- 1 kg ground chicken
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- 2 (440 g) cans tomato soup
- 2 (440 g) cans water
- 1 (440 g) can diced tomatoes
- Mix chicken, onion, salt, pepper, and rice.
- Make into meatballs and arrange in a baking dish.
- Mix soup, water, and tomatoes.
- Pour over meatballs, cover, and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
