This is SO incredibly simple. Great after a long, hard day, and the kids love it.
- Roll chicken in melted butter first, then in parmesan cheese until they coat well.
- Place chicken in greased baking pan and drizzle a little extra butter over each piece.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
I love this quick and simple recipe, my husband loves it cut up and put on top of spaghetti, though if you do, its better with a garden/veggie sauce. Both my daughters also LOVE this.
