  1. Melt butter first, then add other ingredients.
  2. Stir constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly.
  3. Add cooked chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces).
  4. Serve over biscuits--I use Pillsbury Grands--either homestyle or buttermilk.
