- 1360.77 g chicken cutlets
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 226.79 g butter
- 453.59 g mushroom
- 236.59 ml beef consomme
- 118.29 ml dry marsala wine
directions
- Slice cutlets thinly. Season flour with salt & pepper. Dredge chicken in flour. lightly brown in butter on both sides. Remove chicken. Add fresh sliced mushrooms to butter and brown. Add additional butter if necessary. Stir in consomme & Marsala. Put chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minute
- Serve over pasta!
