Katie's favorite served over pasta!


  1. Slice cutlets thinly. Season flour with salt & pepper. Dredge chicken in flour. lightly brown in butter on both sides. Remove chicken. Add fresh sliced mushrooms to butter and brown. Add additional butter if necessary. Stir in consomme & Marsala. Put chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minute
  2. Serve over pasta!
