- 78.78 ml oil
- 236.59 ml onion, sliced (but not to thin)
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 7.39 ml garlic paste
- 7.39 ml ginger paste
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml red chili powder or 4.92 ml paprika
- 4.92 ml coriander powder
- 4.92 ml msg
- 236.59 ml tomatoes, cut into strips, discard the pulp n seeds
- 236.59 ml capsicum, differnt colors cut into strips, discard seeds
- 22.18 ml fresh ginger, cut into strips
- 14.79 ml soya sauce
- 22.18 ml ketchup
- 4.92 ml allspice
- 2.46 ml chili flakes
- 2.46 ml ground black pepper
- 59.14 ml fresh coriander, chopped
- 29.58 ml green chilies, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten (optional)
- 2.46 ml salt (optional)
- 2.46 ml red chili powder (optional)
- 14.79 ml oil (optional)
directions
- heat oil and add onions & saute for 5 minutes.
- add chicken & giner n garlic paste n salt, n cook till the liquid from the chicken dries up.
- add the chilli n corriander powder, MSG, tomatoes & cook till the liquid released from the tomtoes has nearly dried up.
- add capsicum, soya sauce, ketchup, all spice, chilli flakes, ground black pepper, ginger strips, cook for 5 minutes.
- add corriander n green chillies.
- heat the 1 tbsp oil add the beaten eggs, salt chilli powdern make an omelte, whem done put on a plate cut into strips & add to the above curry. (this step is entirely optional, but i reall y like it with the omlete).
- serve.
