- 4 chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup spinach
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 -2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄8 cup olive oil
directions
- Heat oil in pan.
- Coat chicken in bread crumbs.
- Fry chicken breast in heated oil.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Once chicken is cooked place in baking dish
- Top chicken in this order with Spinach, provalone cheese, and spaghetti sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minute.
