  • Chop potatoes & onions using food processor.
  • Drain & rinse beans.
  • Combine potatoes, onions, beans, and seasoning in crock pot; stir.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of other ingredients.
  • Cook 10hrs on low (or 6hrs on high).
  • Shred chicken with fork (or in food processor) and stir in to chili.
