Chicken Breasts with Apple-Hazelnut Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease 9-by-9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Mix together hazelnuts, apple and cream cheese to make stuffing.
  4. Evenly spread stuffing in bottom of baking pan.
  5. Place chicken skin-side up, on top of stuffing.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 55 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when chicken is cut.
  9. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
