- 907.18 g hash brown potatoes, thawed and broken up
- 226.79 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 473.18 ml sour cream (you can use low fat)
- 226.79 g can cream of chicken soup
- 157.80 ml chopped onion
- 3.69 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 78.78 ml margarine, melted
- 473.18 ml crushed corn flakes
directions
- Mix together potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, onion, salt and pepper.
- Place in casserole dish top with corn flakes/margarine mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes.
