- 1360.77 g red potatoes, diced
- 59.14 ml margarine, melted
- 59.14 ml flour
- 1892.72 ml half-and-half cream
- 453.59 g Velveeta cheese, melted
- 4.92 ml hot sauce
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, shredded
- 226.79 g bacon, fried
- pepper
- garlic powder
directions
- Cook diced potatoes until about 3/4 done, set aside.
- Combine margarine and flour in stockpot, mix until smooth.
- Gradually add half& half over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add melted Velveeta, stir well.
- Add potatoes, stir in other ingredients except bacon.
- Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
- Ladle into bowls for serving, crumble bacon on top.
