- 4 cups hot air popped popcorn
- 1⁄2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- cayenne pepper
- Toss popcorn with Parmesan and cayenne to taste.
very yummy. i was out of parm. so i used some shredded mozzerella instead and let the cheese melt by putting the popcorn back in the microwave for a few seconds. very yummy
Yummy popcorn! I did add sea salt, left out the cayenne, and as I always do, added nutritional yeast. Thanks Redsie!
