ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice, drained
• 1 teaspoon orange peel, finely shredded

directions

1. In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, drained pineapple and orange peel.
2. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
3. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices.
