Cheesy Bean Dip

- 453.59 g lb Velveeta Mexican cheese, cut up
- 453.59 g can refried beans
- 118.29 ml chunky salsa
directions
- Mix all ingredients in 2-quart microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until prepared cheese product is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.

This turned out wonderful at my work Christmas party. It made a lot of away from both North and South American co-workers very very happy. I used homemade salsa and adjusted the amount to taste. Also used shredded cheddar, as Velveeta is not easily available in Japan. Thank you for posting this recipe.

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember.
