- 2 (566.99 g) package frozen chopped spinach
- 226.79 g grated cheddar cheese
- 453.59 g cottage cheese
- 59.14 ml melted butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 29.58 ml all-purpose flour
- 2.46 ml baking powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook spinach.
- Mix cheeses, butter, spinach, and egg yolks.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold them inches.
- Pour into a buttered 2-quart souffle dish.
- Bake 1 hour.
