ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• cinnamon
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1 (24 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese

directions

1. 1. In bowl mix eggs very well.
2. 2. Add in sugar, about 4 dashes of cinnamon, and flour; mix well.
3. 3. Fold in cottage cheese.
4. 4. Pour into greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
6. 5. Cook at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
