- 6 corn tortillas
- 1⁄2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons diced green chilies
- 1 tomatoes, diced
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place tortillas on cookie sheet and sprinkle each tortilla with grated cheese and chilies.
- Bake for 2 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
- Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with diced tomato.
- Serve with Salsa and fat free sour cream.

This is something that my daughter would like to make. She just got married and is living in So. Cal. somewhere near El Centro Navy Base. Being new to married life and cooking , she does like somethings that are quick and easy and sounds delicious. I will have her leave a rewiew after she makes them. Its hard for me to know unless I make them here in Utah.
