  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Combine cheese, flour and butter very well. Add salt and cayenne.
  • Roll dough into a ball. Pinch off half.
  • Roll out on floured board, rather thin. Cut with small biscuit cutter (or any cutter your want to use).
  • Place on cookie sheet (I use silpat lined jelly roll pans).
  • Put a pecan half in the center of each cookie.
  • Bake in a slow oven until lightly brown.
