Thirsty?! This is a refreshing summer drink I came across in a magazine.

- 1 thinly sliced peach
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup simple syrup
- 25 ounces champagne or 25 ounces sparkling white wine
- ****To make simple syrup, boil 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using. To store, refrigerate up to 2 months. This makes 3 cups.
- In a pitcher, combine ice, fruits, lemon juice and simple syrup. Slowly pour in 1 bottle of champagne or white wine. Serve.
