Thirsty?! This is a refreshing summer drink I came across in a magazine.

  1. ****To make simple syrup, boil 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using. To store, refrigerate up to 2 months. This makes 3 cups.
  2. In a pitcher, combine ice, fruits, lemon juice and simple syrup. Slowly pour in 1 bottle of champagne or white wine. Serve.
