ingredients
- 2 avocados, seeded, put into blender
- 2-3 serrano peppers, chopped and put into blender do not seed
- 118.29 ml cilantro, stemmed put into blender
- 226.79 g light sour cream
- 4.92-9.85 ml fresh garlic, crushed
- 59.16 ml lime juice
- 4.92 ml salt (taste, andadjust later)
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
directions
- Roast Serranos over open flame or in oven on broil.
- Bag or wrap in plastic to loosen skins.
- Remove pepper skins.
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Puree for 5 minutes until it is smooth and creamy.
- Chill 2 hours.
