"This is the quick and easy way to quickly prepare a delicious Italian meat sauce. Use on spaghetti, lasagna or mostaccioli. From the kitchen of Tona Thornburg Court."

ingredients

• 2 lbs hamburger, browned and crumbled
• 2 (24 ounce) jars prego Italian sauce
• 3⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 6 teaspoons italian seasoning
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar

directions

1. Drain hamburger.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Heat thoroughly in a large sauce pan.
4. Ladle over cooked spaghetti and serve with Parmesan Cheese.
