Directions

  1. Cut carrots into ½ inch slices. Combine carrots with ¾ cup stock, salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes or until stock is almost evaporated.
  2. Add remaining stock, cover and cook as above. Sprinkle with sugar and cook, 2 minutes or until the carrots begin to brown.
  3. Add Marsala and cook, 2-3 minutes longer.
