  • mix mayonnaise, cream, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and parsley together in large bowl.
  • season to taste.
  • add carrots to bowl and mix gently.
  • arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
  • spoon carrots in center of lettuce and top with toasted almonds.
  • serve.
