A tasty carrot salad for those on a diet. For those on Weight Watchers: 2 points per cup. Note that 2 grams of Slenda equals 2 packets, but Recipezaar says "2 packets" in an invalid measure.
- 4 cups carrots, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip light
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 2 g splenda no-calorie artificial sweetener
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1. mix everything.
- 2. refrigerate until serving.
very good...i've been looking for a recipe like this that doesn't use tons of mayonnaise and sugar...used greek yogurt, which kept it nice and thick too...thanks for posting
I love carrot/raisin salad and this is a great diet-friendly version! I made a single serving and flavor and texture the yogurt added. Thanks for posting this recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2009
