  3. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 350.

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! Very simple to make and a big hit around the family table!

I don't know what went wrong...but the cake did not bake inside. It was cooked but was too moist and almost gooey. I was very disappointed as this was a very simple recipe. I blended everything as the recipe stated...was I to only blend the wet ingredients? I would LOVE to get this right.

Perfect! I have two kids who are dairy-allergic. This recipe has made us very happy. We topped it with a "soy cream cheese" frosting. Thanks Chelle_N!
