  • in a med saucepan, saute the minced carrot and dill in the butter for 30 mins over low heat.
  • add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add cream and heat through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • garnish with a dill sprig and serve.
