Carol's BBQ Sauce

"This sauce is really delicious but be warned put it on your meat during the last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking because it will burn."

• Yields: 2 1/2 cups
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup soya sauce
• 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle juice
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon ginger

directions

1. Mix all ingredients to combine and pour over meat during the last 15-20 minutes in the oven or baste meat at the end of grilling.
