I like this however I did't use as much lemon as it called for. It was a little tart so I was glad that I I only used one lemon. It was good on bread pudding. Thank you for posting.

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together.
  2. Add water and stir over medium heat until it boils and thickens.
  3. Add spices and remove from heat.
  4. Add butter and stir until melted.
  5. Add lemon and stir.
