- 100 g pink marshmallows
- 118.29 ml thickened cream
- 2000.0 ml vanilla ice cream
- 236.59 ml caramel, flavoured topping

- Combine marshmallows and cream in pot.
- Stir over low heat till marshmallows have melted.
- Slightly soften ice cream in large bowl.
- Swirl through marshmallow mix and topping to give a marbled effect.
- Return to ice cream container, cover and freeze till firm again.
