This warm caramel dip is so simple and yummy. People are amazed to find out it is made in the microwave.
- 453.59 g carton caramel apple dip (found in produce section, usually by the apples)
- 20 large marshmallows
- 118.29 ml butter, melted
- 78.07 ml heavy whipping cream
- apple, slices
- Place caramel in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minutes. Add marshmallows; microwave for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted, stirring occasionally. Whisk in butter and cream until combined. Serve with apple slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
- Recipe was tested in a 1100 watt microwave.
Delicious! Made this to take to a party. Everyone commented on how good it was. Well make again. Thanks looneytunesfan. Bullwinkle.
This recipe was very easy to make. It will be great to use to make caramel apples. My sister Cindy was dipping her apple pieces into the dip like crazy.
OMG Delicious!! I made this for my daughter's 6th birthday party as a dip for apples and everybody absolutely loved it! I was asked for the recipe several times! :) My mother-in-law took the leftover dip home and put it on a peanut butter sandwich and said it was awesome!!
