JQ, this is really delicious!! I upped the coffee to 1 full cup, used 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1/2 cup half and half, and used 1/3 cup whipped cream in the mix (along with the other ingredients listed). It was awesome and will definitely be repeated in this house!! A very satisfied customer, here!!

Creamy, Fluffy, Icy, Lightly touched with the flavor of coffee. Great summer drink! I didn`t use the whipped cream in the recipe itself but did top it with some low fat whipped cream. I did enjoy it and thanks for helping me get more dairy into my body! Milk Does a Body Good!

This drink has possibilities, but it needs something less healthy than skim milk for a richer flavor. I'll try 2% next time & see how that goes. I also found the coffee flavor wasn't quite strong enough, so I added another half cup or so. I switched from sugar to Splenda & that part seemed to go fine. If you are committed to going low fat, this drink really is pretty good, but I prefer a coffee drink with more body.
