  • Preheat oven to 200*.
  • Mix dry ingredients (except nuts) in a large bowl.
  • In another large bowl,beat egg white with water until frothy.
  • Coat pecans with egg white mixture and then with sugar mixture.
  • Spread on a well greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in oven turning nuts over every 15 minutes.
  • Bake for 1 hour or more until toasted being careful not to burn.

  1. Very tasty little nibbles. I also made some with almonds and walnuts, because I had them on hand and ran out of pecans. They were all yummy!
