Campfire Clam Chowder

"This is the easiest clam chowder ever,very easy to make,great for camping."

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 knorr swiss leek soup mix
• 2⁄3 cup instant mashed potatoes
• 2⁄3 cup powdered milk
• 5 cups water
• 6 ounces can chopped including juice or minced clams, including juice
• bacon bits (optional)

directions

1. Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil.Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
2. Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
