Easy to prepare. This recipe came from another recipe site but don't remember which one. Prep and cook times are approximate as I never keep track of how long it takes to make anything.

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. Toss with cajun seasoning.
  3. Saute chicken in oil until cooked.
  4. Add green & red peppers, mushrooms and green onion.
  5. Cook until tender.
  6. Reduce heat & add milk and next 6 ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Add linguine to mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
  9. May be served with Fiesta rice.
