- 510.29 g package Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 118.29 ml butter (melted)
- 1892.5 ml vanilla ice cream, take out of the freezer just as you mix the top two ingredients (softened)
- 236.59 ml peanuts (optional)
- 354.88 ml evaporated milk
- 157.80 ml chocolate chips
- 473.18 ml powdered sugar
- 118.29 ml oleo
- 4.92 ml vanilla
directions
- Combine Oreo cookies and oleo. Pat into 9 x 13 pan and let cool.
- Layer the ice cream on the crust - then the nuts (optional).
- Boil the evaporated milk, chocolate chips, powdered sugar and butter for 8 minutes. Add vanilla and cool.
- Pour the mixture over crust, ice cream and nuts. OR instead of these ingredients, pour Smuckers hot fudge topping over ice cream.
- Freeze 4-6 hours or over night.
