ingredients
- 29.58 ml margarine or 29.58 ml butter
- 236.59 ml Bulgar wheat
- 78.78 ml chopped onion
- 78.78 ml chopped celery
- 473.18 ml water
- 12.32 ml low sodium beef broth or 12.32 ml beef bouillon
- 29.58 ml chopped fresh parsley
directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt margarine.
- Stir in bulgur, onion and celery.
- Cook over low heat, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir in water and beef bouillon; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until bulgur is tender and water is absorbed.
- Stir in parsley.
