Bucky's Chicken Salad

"I love this chicken salad - it's so simple and easy to make - yet it is delicious - sweet and has a great flavor. I got it from my good friend Bucky who was a great cook and used to share recipes with me everyday at work."

• Ingredients: 10
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 6 chicken breasts
• 1 cup mayonnaise (more if needed)
• 1⁄2 cup chopped apple
• 1⁄2 cup chopped green grape
• 1⁄2 cup chopped red grapes
• 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons sweet pickles
• 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Cook chicken - set aside to cool. Mix together all ingredients. Chop chicken up into small pieces after cooled and add to all other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
